Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree (BA or BS) in Business Finance Information Systems Engineering or related field
- Bilingual (English Korean) : Must be able to read write and speak in both
- At least 5 years of experience working as a data / business analyst project manager or in a process improvement role
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment navigating ambiguity and managing competing priorities
- Have project and program management skills with several years of experience initiating activities setting priorities managing multiple priorities and delivering ontime results
- Enjoy learning new business processes quickly and efficiently as well as championing project requirements on behalf of business owners
- A strategic thinker and problem solver with the ability to transform goals into actionable plans that you will drive endtoend
- Work independently as well as in a team environment to achieve team goals and complete assignments within established deadlines
- Ability to quickly learn and understand new topics businesses and processes through research and interviews with subject matter experts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially pertaining to sales operations logistics system and financial functions
- Willing to work in the office per company guideline and travel up to 10%
- Have experience using data visualization automation and analytics tools preferred (not required)
