Job Description
- Oversees daily ocean import/export operations.
- Communicating with customers and vendors to coordinate products.
- Obtain and create quotes for shipments and source best method of transportation
- Handling and resolving Ocean Import/Export troubleshooting
- Receive, review and process Ocean Export documentation
- Hands on experience of international air/ocean & import/export
- Calculates rates with the ability to convert pricing and rates
- Accuracy of data entry into company system as needed
- Maintain essential account documentation with up to date information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required
- 1 Years of experience in logistics (Import, Export, Domestics)
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Inventory maintenance experience.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Good management and organizational skills.
- Fast learner & Good listener.
- Bilingual in Spanish & English.
