We are looking for someone who will work with us as a team of Woory at Dublin GA new plant!
Position Summary
As a Quality Inspector in our dynamic manufacturing environment, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and safety within our manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for inspecting raw materials, components, and finished products to identify any defects or deviations from specifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform detailed inspections of incoming raw materials, components, and finished products according to established quality criteria.
- Utilize various inspection tools and techniques (such as calipers, gauges, micrometers, and visual checks) to assess product quality and conformance to specifications.
- Identify and document quality issues, deviations, or non-conformances, and work with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns and support root cause analysis efforts.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a quality inspector or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems.
- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments and CMM equipment.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data accurately.
- Detailed-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
