Our sales, communication, and automation solution enables SMEs to launch campaigns, streamline processes, enhance engagement, and drive more sales with AI.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are an established company seeking seasoned sales closers who excel in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and can handle zoom sales demo calls throughout the day. A minimum of 3 years of sales experience is required. In this role, you will:
- Show up to appointments that our advanced AI and in-house marketing team have automatically booked on your calendar (no extensive prospecting).
- Call and close Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) who have already shown interest.
- Conduct follow-ups for no-shows or rescheduling.
Because our marketing and proprietary AI handle the bulk of lead generation, you can focus on closing deals.
Key Details
- Around 30 calls per week (120–160 calls per month), each roughly 45 minutes long.
- Deals size typically range from $1,000–$4,000.
- Average close rate: 10–20%.
- Highly competitive compensation structure (full commission or base commission), with the potential to earn $120k–$240k annually.
- A strong work ethic and willingness to be on calls all day are vital.

REQUIRED SKILLS
