Bloomington Medical Services is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Practice Manager to join our Multi-Specialty Practice in Wooster, Ohio. This position offers autonomy, variety and the opportunity to take an active role in strategic organizational growth as a member of the management team.
The ideal candidate will have :
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field or business management
- Two years’ experience in medical office supervision and operational duties
- Working knowledge of computers, budgeting, billing, and collections
- Ability to communicate with all levels of staff
- Analytical ability to detect trends in the practices and to recommend or take corrective action
- Demonstrated acumen for increasing practice utilization and point of service collections
