Wooster Heart Group, part of the Bloomington Medical Services and the Wooster Community Health System is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a cardiology background to join our established Cardiology office. We provide cardiology and interventional cardiology care to the community.
Bloomington Medical Services, a rapidly growing multi-specialty practice, with a strong focus on high quality, personalized care, and a commitment to patients, evidence-based medicine, and the community.
Responsibilities include :
- Providing specialty health care for our patients
- Collaborate with the physicians to provide excellent quality cardiac services to our patients.
- Provide monitoring and continuity of care between physician visits.
- Triage of patients in office.
