Holiday Festival
Grandparents and Special Friends Day
Trustee Day
Spring Fundraiser
The DCER will also be the primary point of contact with the Parents’ Association (PA), working closely with the Chief Development Officer and Head of School, with responsibility for managing the election of officers each year, and working closely on the development of agendas, events, and projects, to include the Spring Fundraiser, during the school year. The DCER will also assist the Head of School and Chief Communications Officer with scheduling and community-focused planning and outreach.

Salary & Benefits
This is a ten-month, exempt position. Salaries are competitive with local independent schools. A competitive benefits package includes retirement, health insurance, tuition remission, short and long-term disability, and life insurance. - Be the lead planner on the aforementioned events, working closely with the relevant departments on the design and implementation of events.
- Site supervision of events.
- Gathering feedback and working in collaboration with others on the efficacy and impact of events relative to stated goals.
- Act as the primary liaison between the PA and senior leadership, including the Head of School.
- Work closely with the Parents’ Association on developing their annual calendar of meetings and events, volunteer recruitment, and election of officers.
- Assist the Head of School with scheduling of travel on behalf of the school.
- Assist the Head of School in efforts to connect more broadly to leaders and community organizations through Fairfield and Westchester Counties.
- Assist the Head of School as necessary with responsibilities arising from leadership and/or board positions with educational associations outside of Wooster School.
