Wor-Wic Community College is accepting applications for a full-time dean's associate to provide operational and outreach support for the Continuing Education and Workforce Development (CEWD) division. This is a full-time standard support staff position with excellent fringe benefits.

The following list is not intended as, nor should it be construed as, exhaustive of all responsibilities, skills or working conditions associated with this position.Coordinates the preparation of the CEWD print brochure three times per year, including creating production schedules, communicating with CEWD staff, internal departments and external partners, laying out and proofing copyProvides outreach support for the dean and other CEWD administrators including, but not limited to, tracking enrollment in CE courses; communicating with internal departments such as marketing; supporting the creation of email campaigns; purchasing marketing collateral; and acting as a liaison between the dean and external stakeholdersProvides operational support for the dean and other CEWD administrators including, but not limited to, routing mail; making travel arrangements; tracking and filing submissions such as syllabi and contract training documentation; processing leave requests and timesheets; supporting CE commencement logistics; maintaining the division calendar; documenting business processes; maintaining signature file; printing documents; maintaining the copy/mailroom; and monitoring office supplies and ensuring all office supplies are ordered for the division in a timely mannerCompletes purchase requisitions, check requests and other forms through the electronic purchasing system; maintains and monitors budgets; and reviews and verifies all purchase requisitions before they are submitted to the dean for approvalHelps to process CE website update requests and makes content changes to CE web pagesProvides leadership within the division by troubleshooting problems, supporting morale, acting as a liaison to the dean, providing instructions, answering questions and providing new employee onboarding trainingServes as backup to CEWD front desk staff, including receptionPerforms other duties as assigned
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
This is a full-time standard support staff position. The starting wage will likely range from $25.33 per hour to approximately $30.00 per hour, based on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience.
