Job Description: As a Community Manager at Worcester Communities, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our residents enjoy the highest quality of life in our properties. You will be responsible for creating a sense of belonging, managing day-to-day operations, and fostering a positive and inclusive community atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Oversee all aspects of property management, including leasing, marketing, and maintenance.
- Plan and coordinate community events to encourage resident engagement and a sense of community.
- Ensure property operations meet company standards and are in compliance with local regulations.
- Manage the leasing process, from application to move-in, and maintain accurate resident records.
- Maintain and enhance the property's appearance and curb appeal.
- Handle financial matters such as rent collection, budgeting, and expense management.
- Collaborate with the regional team to achieve business objectives and exceed resident expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, but not required.
- Proven experience in property management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with property management software – Entrata, Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of local housing laws and regulations.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings as needed.
