You will be responsible for leasing apartments, delivering top-notch customer service, and supporting our residents throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leasing and Sales: Act as the first point of contact for prospective residents, showcasing available properties and guiding them through the leasing process.
- Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring current residents' needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Property Tours: Conduct property tours and highlight the features, amenities, and benefits of living in our communities.
- Lease Administration: Manage lease documentation, including applications, renewals, and move-ins/move-outs.

Qualifications:
