Our Early Head Start and Head Start Programs provide a continuum of early education and care for families throughout Southern Worcester County. We strive to support positive parent/child interactions through developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities that foster whole-family participation. Weekly home visits from prenatal through age three transition to center-based programming for pre-school aged children, equipping them with kindergarten readiness skills. Families receive comprehensive support to meet their children's needs.
As an Assistant Teacher, you will collaborate with the Lead Teacher to plan, organize, and execute classroom programs and activities that promote Children's overall growth, self-esteem, social competence, development, and safety. Your role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent interpersonal skills, and a friendly, resourceful demeanor.
