SUBJECT: AUTOMOTIVE COLLISION (Long Term Substitute)REPORTS TO: BUILDING PRINCIPALACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVE: This individual is accountable for teaching and supervision of students in Automotive technology or collision state frameworks (expertise in both preferred) and curriculum disciplines under the direction of the Automotive Department Head at Worcester Technical High School.PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (to be included along with other responsibilities)1. Responsible for the implementation of departmental curriculum objectives based on State of Massachusetts VTE frameworks Auto Technology and/or Auto Collision2. Responsible for the integration of the department's curriculum where appropriate.3. Performance of other job-related duties as assigned4.

Advanced educational preparation in engine and diagnostic applications5. Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations6. Evidence of good human relation skills7. Competent in computer applicationPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 1.
Massachusetts teachers approval (Chapter 74) in Automotive Collision2. Demonstrated experience supporting students with special needs3. Experience and/or comprehensive training regarding second language acquisition.4. Ability to speak Albanian, Arabic, Nepali, Portuguese, Spanish, Vietnamese or an African Language.
