Description
Purpose: To advance the implementation of the recruitment strategy of the Word of Life Bible Institute by dynamically representing the school at a broad range of venues to generate a constant flow of prospective students for the Admissions Advisors.
Core Responsibilities:
· Represent the Bible Institute by sharing the unique benefits of the BI experience with as many young people, parents, and Christian leaders as possible at a wide range of venues including but not limited to conventions, conferences, college fairs, camps, and concerts.
· Have extensive knowledge of all areas of Word of Life outside of the Bible Institute (Camps, Youth Ministries, International Ministries, etc) and be prepared to represent them as well at various events.
· Regularly be ready to speak/preach at the various events listed above.
· Represent the school at selected WOL Youth Ministry events such as Reverb.
· Represent the school among Camp Crew, campers, guests, and leaders at all Word of Life Camps.
· Accompany some Bible Institute ministry teams, including Overflow Legacy, to represent the school.
· Assist in 2nd-year retention efforts.
· Assist with Campus Preview days as needed.
· Time spent traveling will be a minimum of 10 weeks.

Qualifications
A clear-cut personal testimony of faith in Christ.
· Agreement with Word of Life’s vision, mission, Statement of Faith, and Standard of Conduct.
· A willingness to learn and grow in the ministry responsibilities mentioned below.
· Able to minister God’s Word in a compelling way to a variety of age groups.
· Able to interact positively with pastors/ministry leaders, parents, students, and staff.
· Gracious, tactful, and customer-service-minded.
· A college degree is preferable.
