Description
Word of Life is looking for ministry-minded, spiritually oriented people who sense God’s call to serve as a Youth Ministry Coach in various areas of the United States. The primary responsibilities will be to partner with local churches to equip them with resources, curriculum, and training to help youth from 4 years old through high school grow in their faith and maximize the impact of their ministries. The primary goal of the Youth Ministry Coach is to assist local churches in developing their students toward a dynamic life of faith with emphasis on sharing that faith with others. Duties will include interacting routinely with pastoral staff and adult volunteers, assisting churches in implementing Word of Life discipleship tools, and organizing local church and regional Gospel outreach events.
This position is a missionary role that requires raising financial support. Candidates must be prepared to develop a team of ministry partners who will support them prayerfully and financially. Salary is determined based on the amount of support raised, and training will be provided to help new staff build their support team. Word of Life is committed to walking alongside our missionaries as they trust God to provide for their ministry needs.

- A clear personal testimony of faith in Christ.
- Evident spiritual maturity in all areas of life.
- A desire to work with local churches and their leadership to assist them in discipling youth to their full potential.
- Ability and interest in communicating biblical truths through teaching and/or preaching.
- Capacity to effectively coach and train adult leaders.
- Develop and maintain sufficient financial support to minister effectively to the churches in the assigned area.
- Promote other Word of Life ministry areas such as camps, missions' trips and the Word of Life Bible Institute.
