Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in heavy equipment operation and a strong understanding of construction site protocols. Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment including backhoes, dump trucks, tankers, graders, and loaders to perform various tasks on construction sites.
- Dig trenches, foundations, and other excavations as required by project specifications.
- Pave surfaces and assist in the construction of roads, parking lots, and other infrastructure projects.
- Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections and minor repairs to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure safe and efficient workflow on-site.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Assist in building structures as needed, contributing to the overall success of the project.
Skills
- Proficient in heavy equipment operation with a focus on backhoe operation, grader operation, loader operation, and dump truck handling.
- Ability to dig effectively and understand construction site dynamics.
