Exciting Opportunity for a Dispatcher in Romeoville!
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for dispatching and exceptional customer service skills? Work Now Staffing is looking for a Dispatcher for our valued client in Romeoville. If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this is the opportunity for you!
Shift : 9 : 00am - 5 : 30pm, Monday - Friday, Saturdays as needed / required
Pay : $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Job Duties :
- Invoice Preparation : Accurately prepare customer invoices for provided services
- Customer Statements : Prepare detailed customer statements
- Customer Interaction : Engage in significant customer interaction, ensuring satisfaction and clarity
- Profile Maintenance : Maintain and update customer profiles
- Audit Assistance : Provide necessary information for audits
- Scheduling : Organize and execute the work schedule for inbound and outbound shipments
- Coordination : Coordinate yard management, trailer placement, and doc scheduling
- Dispatching : Dispatch outbound loads and complete driver check-in / check-out procedures
- Documentation : Manage receiving paperwork and post receipts
- Work Area Maintenance : Keep a clean, neat, and orderly work area and promote safety
- Other Duties : Perform other duties as assigned
