Work Now Staffing is looking to hire an Bilingual Production Supervisor for our Bedford Park client.
Pay: $24.00 - $26.50 per hour
Shift: 6:00am - 3:00pm, Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - Noon, Friday
Your Role:
- Coordinating production, equipment, personnel, and materials
- Supervising production personnel
- Forecasting material needs
- Leading, supervising, and monitoring safety, quality, and efficiency
- Opening and closing the building
- Maintain a strong floor presence
- Floor level supervisory position, supervising 25 to 35 employees.
Required Experience, Skills & Abilities:
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Solid understanding of safe work practices, familiarity with OSHA and other regulatory requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize, manage, prioritize, and direct multiple tasks
- Strong computer skills – google-type scheduling skills and basic knowledge of Excel
- Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)
- People management skills and the ability to work effectively with employees to meet applicable quality, delivery and cost goals
