Work Now Staffing is looking to hire Customer Service Representatives for our Sarasota, FL client.
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Shift: 7:00am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday
Job Details:
- Provide solutions and easily connect with walk-in customers by using guidance, knowledge, and a winning attitude. Will also be 1st point of contact for all walk-in customers
- Inbound and outbound customer service calls
- Handling customer and vendor emails (in and out)
- Responsible for assisting the Branch Manager in all aspects of inventory management and working front office operations within our facility
- Work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure efficient and accurate inventory control, timely order fulfillment, taking orders, assisting
- Assist in filing all paperwork daily (Invoices, EOD, Inbound / Outbound, etc..). Which include truck runs and walk in orders
- Assist in cleanliness and organization of all areas
- Develop and implement efficient office layout and organization strategies to optimize space utilization and streamline workflow
- Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing, sales, and customer service, to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, resolve inventory discrepancies, and address customer inquiries or concerns
