Duties
- Assist in construction estimating and project planning to ensure accurate budgeting and resource allocation.
- Support maintenance person tasks including repairs, installations, and maintenance work.
- Fabricate components as needed for various projects, ensuring adherence to specifications.
- Participate in mold remediation efforts, following safety protocols and best practices.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to assist in project execution.
- Help build structures according to design specifications, ensuring quality craftsmanship.
- Engage in frame carpentry work, contributing to the structural integrity of projects.
- Assist with water damage restoration tasks to restore affected areas efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects, providing support as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with maintenance person tasks and basic repairs is desirable.
- Knowledge of mold remediation techniques and safety measures is beneficial.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings is advantageous.
- Experience in frame carpentry or water damage restoration will be considered an asset.
