Position 1: Fence Panel Fabricator (Carpentry Skills Required)
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with basic carpentry skills to assist in the fabrication of wood fence panels. You will receive hands-on training from an experienced team member to ensure high-quality production.
Responsibilities:
- Learn and assist in building wood fence panels to company specifications
- Safely lift and move 80-pound fence panels
- Use hand and power tools for assembly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and workplace guidelines
This role has the potential to become full-time if the candidate is willing to assist with fence installation one to two days per week.
Qualifications:
- Basic carpentry or woodworking skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (80 lbs.)
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Strong work ethic and reliability
Position 2: Yard Associate (Forklift Experience Required)
We are also hiring a part-time yard associate to help maintain our worksite and assist with deliveries. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys an active, outdoor work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Keep the yard clean and organized
- Receive and inspect incoming deliveries
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Operate a forklift to move materials
- Assist team members as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous forklift experience required
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift heavy materials as needed
Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred, particularly in roles involving order fulfillment or distribution center operations.
- Familiarity with equipment operation, including forklift.
