- Provide individualized support to clients with developmental disabilities and autism throughout the employment process
- Conduct assessments to identify clients' skills, interests, and goals
- Develop personalized employment plans for each client
- Collaborate with employers to identify suitable job opportunities for clients
- Provide on-the-job training and support to clients.
- Monitor clients' progress and provide ongoing coaching and guidance
```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in human Servies, social work, psychology, or a related field.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trusting relationships with clients
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
