Work Shield is seeking a full-time Senior Front End Engineer I to join our development team in Dallas, Texas. As the only end-to-end solution for managing, investigating, and resolving workplace misconduct, Work Shield partners with organizations to create safer, more positive work environments. This in-office position will lead the design, development, and optimization of our user-facing web application. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation with 5 years of experience. In this role, you will focus on architecting, developing, and scaling intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces. You’ll leverage your expertise to craft and implement front-end architecture patterns, improve performance, and implement best practices to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead the design and implementation of front-end web architecture, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
• Develop high-quality, responsive user interfaces that align with design specifications.
• Integrate front-end UI with backend APIs to create a cohesive, data driven application.
• Optimize responsiveness and accessibility, leveraging best practices to ensure the application is user-friendly and accessible to a wide range of users
• Drive innovation by improving the current front-end tech stack to meet evolving client and team needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide product strategy, prioritizing user experience and technical feasibility.
• Maintain and enhance front-end development workflows, including tools and processes for code quality, version control, and team collaboration.

Compensation and Benefits :

The salary range for this role is up to $105,000, based on relevant experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for a discretionary bonus based on individual and organizational performance and goal attainment.
