Raleigh Work & Social is looking for a proactive and service-oriented Community Associate to be the face of our coworking space, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience for our members and guests. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of our space, fostering a vibrant community, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly. From managing front desk responsibilities and assisting with sales to coordinating events and maintaining facility upkeep, the Community Associate plays a crucial role in shaping the member experience. Main Responsibilities
A Day at Raleigh Work & Social
The Community Associate is responsible for a mix of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks that contribute to the overall success of the space. Key duties include :
Daily Responsibilities :
- Greet and check in members and guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Oversee facility operations, including door access, lighting, and temperature controls.
- Maintain workspace cleanliness and organization, including meeting rooms and common areas.
- Ensure all technology (Wi-Fi, printers, TVs, racing / golf simulators) is functioning properly.
- Restock coffee, snacks, and office supplies.
- Provide member support, including handling inquiries, troubleshooting minor issues, and fostering connections.

Compensation :
Your actual base compensation will depend on your work experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and professional qualifications. Annual bonuses and pay increases are grated upon performance.
Job Type : Full-time or Part Time
Pay : $15.00-19.00 per hour
Expected hours : 20-40 per week
Schedule : Evening Shift 12pm-8 : 30pm
Salary : $15 - $19
