We are currently seeking a Registered Architect to work on a commission basis from Kansas, USA. This role will involve facilitating the approval of architectural designs from our Pakistan office, ensuring they meet U.S. regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
-Evaluate architectural designs submitted from Pakistan to ensure compliance with relevant U.S. building codes and standards.
-Provide feedback and recommendations to the design team in Pakistan to achieve necessary approvals.
-Act as the primary liaison between the architectural firm in Pakistan and local authorities in Kansas.
-Manage the approval process efficiently, ensuring timely submission and communication.
-Participate in team meetings and client discussions to align project requirements and expectations.
-Document all approvals and maintain accurate records of communications and submissions.
Qualifications:
-Must be a Registered Architect in the United States.
-Minimum of 1 years of experience in architectural design and regulatory approval processes.
-Comprehensive understanding of U.S. building codes, local regulations, and zoning laws.
-Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to work effectively in a remote environment.
-Previous experience with international projects is preferred.
