- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
- Supervise junior staff when necessary, providing guidance on best practices in customer service and sales techniques.
- Utilize phone etiquette when answering calls or assisting customers over the phone.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to engage with diverse clientele.
- Experience with cash register operations and handling financial transactions is advantageous.
