Service lines include Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), evidence-based psychotherapy, advanced psychiatric care, and groundbreaking treatments such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Spravato, and Ketamine infusions.
We are seeking passionate and skilled professionals—including those with a PhD, master’s degree, or equivalent advanced training—to lead intensive outpatient groups while having opportunities to provide individual therapy. This role is ideal for professionals eager to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and deliver high-quality, integrated care to clients facing complex mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate IOP group therapy sessions, fostering client engagement and utilizing evidence-based modalities.

Conduct individual therapy sessions as part of comprehensive treatment plans.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure personalized, high-quality care.

Maintain timely and thorough documentation, meeting Joint Commission standards.
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.

Independent licensure (LISW, LPCC, or equivalent) preferred.
