Therapist - LISW, LSW, LPC, LPCC, IMFT, PsyD

Work with Willow is working closely with a client that is a private practice group of mental health professionals who are dedicated to helping with life’s difficulties. They are trained psychologists, social workers, therapists, and counselors. But more than that, we are real people who have coped with and transcended difficult life experiences ourselves. Our training and our experience add to the clinical excellence we offer our community.

The practice is currently looking to add to our team. We are seeking Licensed Mental Health Professionals to join us in delivering care that enhances the lives of those in the communities we serve.

What We'll Provide

• Efficient and friendly administrative assistance, including billing and client messages
• Steady pipeline of referrals to build a caseload as desired
• Full-time or Part-time opportunities
• Flexible schedule based on your needs and preferences
• Compensation is a 60/40 split 
• Telehealth work from home options with appropriate certification
• Supportive billing and administrative team
• No cumbersome electronic health record systems to manage
• Clinical supervision available if needed

What You'll Bring

• Professional license including one of the following: LPC, LPCC, LISW, LSW, LMFT, Ph.D, Psy.D
• Ability to work a minimum of 10 billable hours per week
• Specialized training and certifications according to your interests
• Peaceful, joyful, and inclusive approach to therapy
• Experience providing general therapy services to various populations and mental health conditions
