Responsibilities:

• Assist journeyman plumbers with the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in residential and light commercial settings.

• Learn and develop essential plumbing skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.

• Participate in ride-alongs to gain hands-on experience and knowledge.

• Adhere to all safety regulations and plumbing codes.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Participate in company-sponsored training and development opportunities.

• Embrace adaptability and flexibility in handling various tasks and challenges.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of plumbing experience.

• Apprentice plumbing license in Idaho.

• Some plumbing schooling or vocational training is preferred.

• Residential plumbing experience is required.

• Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Adaptability to handle diverse tasks and challenges.

• Experience with Service Titan software is a plus.
