Responsibilities :
Manage and mentor a team of 10, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Coordinate and oversee sewer installation projects from start to finish.
Serve as a technical resource for the team, providing guidance and troubleshooting support.
Provide training and mentorship to team members, ensuring their continued development and proficiency in sewer installation practices.
Collaborate with sales staff to scope projects and manage client expectations.
Promote a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to OSHA and company safety protocols.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in sewer installation or a related field.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work on-site in Manassas, VA, 5 days a week.
