Field Supervisor - Rochester, NY

In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of insulation installers, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities : Project Management :
Oversee daily job completion, ensuring projects are on schedule and meet quality standards.
Conduct quality control inspections to prevent or minimize callbacks and service calls.
Work alongside installation crews to set the pace and complete jobs efficiently.
Ensure final payments are collected accurately at the end of each workday.
Team Leadership :
Manage employee timecards, overtime, and punch accuracy.
Meet with the crew every morning to ensure trucks have the necessary materials, supplies, and tools.
Ensure all trucks are en route to job sites by 8 AM daily.
Maintain a safe work environment and ensure installers are up to date on safety training.
Operations Management :
Collaborate with the shop supervisor to ensure vehicle maintenance, tool / inventory management, and end-of-day maintenance are completed.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace in trucks and the shop.
Supply weekly material needs to the Buffalo Field Manager for ordering.
Ensure iPads are in working order and charged.
Schedule and maintain DOT requirements for employees.
Customer Service :
Handle all service calls with customers and schedule them accordingly.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications :
3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the construction or a related industry.
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
Proficient in using technology and relevant software.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
