As a Comfort Advisor, you will be the key point of contact between our company and potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assess the comfort needs of residential and commercial clients, provide recommendations for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, and generate sales for system installations or upgrades.

Responsibilities:
- Design customized comfort solutions tailored to customers’ needs.
- Manage all required paperwork, including permits, equipment/material lists, financing, rebates, and applicable tax credits, ensuring timely payment collection.
- Conduct thorough inspections of ductwork and perform calculations for HVAC installations, invoicing, and financing.
- Arrange for temporary heating or cooling when necessary, including equipment delivery and pickup.
- Communicate warranties and guarantees to customers.
- Represent the company at community events and home shows on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Attend weekly sales meetings to review performance metrics and discuss strategies.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, supplier changes, and brand-specific training to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Provide transparent pricing and explain financing options to customers.
- Close sales and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain a sales closing ratio of over 50% and generate at least 50% of referrals independently.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Willingness to work extended hours, nights, or weekends as needed.
- Frequent travel between appointments, requiring long periods of sitting in a vehicle.
Education & Certification Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license.
- GED or high school diploma.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
- HVAC industry experience preferred.
