Key Responsibilities:
- Install residential HVAC systems (Heat Pumps, Gas/Oil Furnaces, Ductless Split Systems, Boilers, Geo-Thermal Units) with accuracy and diligence.
- Work in diverse residential settings, showcasing your expertise with various equipment types.
- Operate with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively within a supportive team.
- Mentor and share your knowledge with HVAC helpers.
- Maintain meticulous records and complete paperwork accurately and promptly.
- Communicate effectively and mindfully with team members and customers.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 8-10 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
- Specialized Skill: Boiler installation experience is highly preferred.
- Education (Optional): An associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school is beneficial but not required.
- Work Ethic: Strong drive to deliver quality work and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Driving Record: Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
- Certifications: CFC Certification - Type I and II, Universal ideal.
- Tech Proficiency: Ability to work with an iPad and communicate professionally via email.
