In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of residential HVAC systems. You'll also play a key role in educating customers and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Execute high-quality HVAC installations, ensuring efficient and reliable system performance.
- Communicate effectively with customers, explaining technical details and answering questions clearly and professionally.
- Manage project timelines and work scope, ensuring timely completion of installations.
- Maintain a well-organized and efficient workspace, keeping track of tools and equipment.
- Complete all necessary paperwork related to the installation process accurately and promptly.
- Educate homeowners about their new HVAC systems, ensuring they understand proper operation and maintenance.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC experience.
- A valid EPA certification is highly preferred.
- Technical knowledge and mechanical aptitude.
- NATE/OSHA Certification preferred.
- Service Titan experience is a plus!
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to participate in on-call rotations with a positive attitude.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working in challenging environments.
- Maintain a clean driving record and successfully pass a background check.
