Residential HVAC Technician - Medina, OH

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions in residential settings.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients.
• Communicate effectively with customers, explaining technical issues and solutions clearly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in residential and commercial HVAC service and repair.
• EPA Universal & Refrigeration license (required).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
• Weekend availability.
• Ability to complete all necessary paperwork.
• Experience with oil, boiler, and geothermal systems is a plus.
