Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of electricians, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and high-quality work.
- Oversee and manage complex electrical projects, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:
- Master Electrician license (required).
- 5 years of experience in the electrical industry, with a focus on residential service.
- Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of electrical codes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
