Licensed Residential Journeyman Responsibilities:
- Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and installation teams
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes and ability to make on-the-job applications.
- Minimum of 3 Year’s Plumbing Experience
- Clean, safe driving record.
- Passion for communicating with customers and fixing plumbing issues.
- Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team.
- Highly motivated, with a great attitude on life.
- Ability to train and mentor apprentices as needed.
- Keep your company truck clean, inside, and out
- Keep your truck inventory up to date
- Properly complete paperwork in a timely manner
- Have and maintain a clean driving record
- Communicate and consult with homeowner to give them the best options on repair or replacement
- Coordinates with supervisor and other trades for the purpose of completing projects/work orders efficiently.
- Diagnoses problems and/or failures in plumbing systems (e.g. locate and repair water leaks, broken or frozen pipes, and plugged drains, etc.) for the purpose of identifying equipment and/or systems repair and replacement needs.
- Installs various domestic water and vacuum systems (e.g. hot water, chilled water, sewer, storm water, air, gas) for the purpose of providing a comfortable, sanitary, and safe environment inside facilities.
- Maintains tools and/or equipment for the purpose of ensuring the availability of plumbing systems in safe operating condition.
- Communicate and consult with homeowner to give them the best options on repair or replacement
Here is what we are looking for in our next Licensed Residential Journeyman:
- Strong problem-solving and plumbing diagnostic skills
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs.or more
- Great communication skills
- A current WA state plumbers'card
- Fantastic Customer Service Skills
- Desire to learn and grow in your profession
- Ability to make connections and continue our tradition of taking great care of ourcustomers.
- Ability to pass pre-employment requirements
- Clear MVR with valid driver's license
- 2 years of residential service experience
- Career-minded--looking for more than a job
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes and ability to make on- the-job applications.
- Passion for communicating with customers and fixing plumbing issues.
- Journeyman or higher license.
- Communication skills--the ability to explain technical information in layman's terms
