What We Can Do For You:
- Base Salary: $165,000 - $190,000 per year.
- Commission: Lucrative commission opportunity based on sales performance.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Lead and mentor the internal sales team driving performance and achieving sales goals.
- Key Account Management: Manage and expand existing accounts
- New Business Development: Proactively identify and secure new commercial HVAC clients within the Seattle metropolitan area.
- Local Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, including general contractors and commercial clients in the region.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the local commercial HVAC market.
- Market Analysis: Monitor local market conditions, analyze competitive activity, and identify growth opportunities.
- Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales progress, market insights, and team performance.
