Position Details
- Location: 25 West Main Street, Clinton, NJ (in-person role)
- Pay: $20 per hour sales commissions and bonuses
- Schedule: Monday-Friday with Saturdays during peak season
- Benefits: Full benefits and PTO after 60 days

- Provide outstanding customer service and support, making sure every customer feels valued.
- Grow sales by promoting our services, understanding customer needs, and building long-term relationships.
- Work with Field Routes or PestPac software (experience preferred but not required).
- Represent our company's 5-star values and dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Experience: Prior sales experience is a plus; Field Routes or PestPac knowledge is preferred.
- Personality: Friendly, positive, and personable-a genuine people-person who loves helping others.
- Drive to Succeed: Motivated by sales commissions and excited about joining a rising company.
