We are looking for a Staff Product Manager. You will be responsible for the success of the Workato Orchestrate Platform . This role involves collaboration with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external. You will translate real-world customer challenges into problems that can be addressed by the engineering team. You will also ensure that product features and innovations are communicated effectively to drive adoption.

Responsibilities

Shape the product strategy and roadmap for Workato Orchestrate Platform

Understand the users, market, and competition

Communicate the product strategy and requirements to key stakeholders

Drive the product life cycle - ideation, design, prioritization, delivery, and adoption

Bring teams together to define and implement product features

Articulate product differentiation and value to internal and external stakeholders

Define key metrics and measure the performance of features

• Work in distributed teams with different time zones (US, EU, India, Singapore, Australia)

Requirements Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline)

Subject matter expertise with Application Integration, Data Integration, Workflow Automation and other similar technologies

Track record of delivering excellent user experience

Ability to lead technical discussions with customers and comfortably present at various industry events.

Well-versed in gathering insights and identifying trends from data (customer interaction, qualitative and quantitative analysis, etc)

Hands-on experience building products in a fast-paced environment

Experience leading and inspiring cross-functional teams
