At WorkBay, we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Real Estate Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by building relationships with leads and identifying potential clients.
Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings, and quickly identify, qualify, and follow up on inbound leads via various channels. You will also be expected to meet quotas for showings set, document all interactions and findings with leads in our CRM, and create a seamless handoff process to Account Executives.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with our marketing and sales teams to iterate on strategy, optimize deal flow, and improve lead quality.
