About the Role
We’re seeking a Marketing Assistant to support our marketing efforts and help streamline operations as we scale. You’ll work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager on projects spanning content creation, social media, automation, and customer marketing.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing—with real potential to grow and move up within the company.
Key Responsibilities
Content Marketing & Social Media
- Assist with content planning and creation for marketing campaigns
- Support organic social efforts (scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking)
- Help manage email marketing campaigns and optimize results
Event & Administrative Support
- Help organize marketing events that support customer engagement
- Provide general administrative support to keep projects moving smoothly
- Maintain marketing materials, assets, and brand documentation
Customer Marketing
- Assist with retention campaigns and ongoing customer engagement
- Create surveys and help analyze feedback to improve customer experience
- Help develop marketing materials and signage for internal and external communication
Qualifications & Skills
- Spanish fluency (written and spoken) required
- 0-2 years of marketing experience (internships, coursework, or freelance experience count!)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Proficiency in marketing tools & software (HubSpot, Canva, Google Analytics, or similar platforms preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content and campaign ideas.
