1st Shift - Customer Service Role - $18-$20/hr. - Wyoming, MI

Preferred Qualifications:
Dealing with queries on the phone and by email
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Overseeing inventory
Effective communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Responding to all emails and inbound calls
Previous customer service experience is preferred
Preferred Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) with ability to navigate a computer
High level of record-keeping abilities and customer service skills
Reporting and documentation
Ability to conduct yourself in a professional manner
Able to work independently
In this Customer Service Role candidates will be responsible for assisting with scheduling and service calls. Our client is looking for someone with previous customer service experience, ability to multi-task, Microsoft Office experience (Excel), phone skills & professionalism.
