Accounts Receivable Specialist, Up to $25 / hr, Roseville, MI

Workbox Staffing is hiring for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Roseville, MI.
Responsibilities :
- Generate invoices and ensure accuracy.
- Communicate with sales representatives to gather billing information and address issues.
- Perform collection calls for past-due invoices and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Close billed jobs in the job cost module and maintain organized filing systems.
- Communicate unbilled jobs to management and sales teams.
- Provide backup support for banking functions and cash receipt entries.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
For this position, you will be responsible for supporting invoicing and collections activities for a manufacturing facility.
