Assembly, $18 / hr – 1st Shift - Grand Haven

A Grand Haven manufacturer specializing in the trucking industry is looking for Assemblers to join their 1st shift team! Hours are 5 : 30a-1 : 30pm Monday-Friday. Overtime may be required.
Preferred Qualifications :
Responsible for assembling and disassembling landing gears for various industries.
Responsible for performing galvanized cleaning.
Will be logging and completing training documents.
Ability to perform tasks safely in accordance with safety rules and procedures.
Must be able to learn, cross-train, and gain proficiency in each position / station along the assembly line.
Preferred Skills :
Ability to work in work in a team environment
Have basic knowledge of robotic welding and hand tools
Analyze and solve production requirements with associates, suppliers, and customers
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively
Must be able to read and interpret written work instructions
Must be able to work regular working hours and overtime as scheduled
Previous manufacturing experience
GED / High School Diploma or Equivalent is required
Work as part of a team in a clean, comfortable facility as you help assemble landing gears and various parts for various industries. This is a full-time temporary to permanent position.
