1st Shift - Assistant Warehouse Manager, $30 / hr - Columbia City, IN
Are you an experienced leader with a background in warehouse operations? We’re seeking someone with 2–3 years of supervisory experience to help oversee daily operations and drive team success.
Key Responsibilities :
Support leadership by assisting the Warehouse Operations Manager (WOM) in overseeing daily workflows and addressing operational challenges.
Supervise and motivate employees, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the WOM to achieve business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide regular updates to the WOM on team performance, operational issues, and progress toward goals.
Qualifications :
2–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively.
Knowledge of safety standards, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
