CNC Operator, $17.00 / hour - Muskegon

A local company specializing of both ferrous and non-ferrous castings, forgings, bar stock, and burnouts is looking for CNC Operators to join their 2nd shift team! Hours are 2 : 45pm-1 : 00am (Monday-Thursday.) Overtime may be required. Will be operating production machinery and CNC machinery to cut, edge, and fabricate.
Qualifications :
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions with the ability to write simple correspondence and work orders
- Must be able to interpret math problems, with the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide units of measure
- Will be required to use a tape measure down to the 32nd
- Must have excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to comfortably lift between 50-80 pounds consistently throughout the shift
- Must feel comfortable and confident inspecting glass at each stage of the process, and communicate issues with the supervisor
