Shift : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM (Event hours : 8 : 00 AM - 7 : 30 PM)
Pay Rate : $20-$22 per hour
Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with a background in engineering to support our team in administration, technology, and digital innovation. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, including event coordination, process improvement, and digitalization.
Responsibilities for the Engineering & Administration Support Specialist :
- Support engineering and technology teams with administrative tasks and project management
- Participate in digitalization initiatives and process improvements
- Manage and coordinate multiple projects and events
- Identify and implement improvements to administrative workflows and processes
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Maintain a structured and organized work environment
