Forklift Operator
Location : Walker, MI
Pay : $20.00 / hr
Shift : 1st Shift (4 : 45 am - 3 : 00 pm, Monday - Thursday, with possible overtime on Friday)
Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team at Bissell. As a Forklift Operator, you'll play a critical role in our warehouse operations, safely and efficiently moving materials and products throughout our facility.
Responsibilities for the Forklift Operator
- Safely operate a forklift to move materials and products
- Load and unload materials and products from trucks, trailers, and containers
- Transport materials and products to and from production areas, warehouses, and shipping docks
- Stack and store materials and products safely and efficiently
- Perform routine maintenance checks on the forklift
- Collaborate with other warehouse staff to achieve efficient and safe operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with general labor tasks as needed
