General Laborer, $16.50 / hr – 1st Shift - Muskegon

A local Muskegon company is seeking 1st shift General Laborers to assist in the assembly of kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, and paddle boats.1st shift is 6 : 00am-4 : 30pm, Monday-Thursday with overtime on Fridays with pay starting at $16.50 per hour.
Preferred Qualifications :
Must be self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a repetitive basis is required.
Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Ability to use hand and power tools is required.
Must be able to work in a warm environment and be able to do fast-paced work.
Previous assembly, plastics, thermoforming, and / or extrusion experience is preferred.
Preferred Skills :
Will be doing thermoforming and assembly work.
Will be using hand and power tools to do assembly work.
Ability to read work instructions, operational information, and job travelers are required.
Must be able to cross-train in other areas manufacturing areas as needed.
