Job Title : Lead Industrial Electrician

Location : Grand Ledge, MI

Pay : $30 / hr

Shift : 1st Shift

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Lead Industrial Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will lead a team of Controls Assembly personnel and be responsible for interpreting hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical diagrams.

Responsibilities for the Lead Industrial Electrician :

Lead and direct 1-10 Controls Assembly personnel
Interpret hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical diagrams
Perform layout of machine electrical devices
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Perform manual operations and run manufacturing equipment

Key Qualifications for the Lead Industrial Electrician :

Associate degree or equivalent in a related field, or 6 years of related experience

Industrial manufacturing electrician experience

Basic PLC training and Elect 131 (Machine class at LCC or equivalent

NEC Code I class required

Preferred Skills for the Lead Industrial Electrician :

Ability to read and comprehend instructions, blueprints, and diagrams

Strong leadership and team management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
